Eligibility/Qualification

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Investigate the challenges and propose sustainable solutions for commercializing biotechnologies.
  • Establish and manage a biotech springboard lab to support biotechnology spinouts and entrepreneurs.
  • Ensure compliance with Stellenbosch University laboratory guidelines and ISO standards.
  • Contribute to the academic understanding of commercialization pathways in developing countries.
  • Facilitate practical engagement with local and international industries.
