Eligibility/Qualification
- Doctorate obtained within the last 7 years.
- Proven experience in Cryo-Electron Microscopy Single Particle Analysis (Cryo-EM SPA) is mandatory.
- Knowledge in Cryo-Electron Tomography (Cryo-ET) is preferred.
- Experience with vitrification and, ideally, Cryo-FIB is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Job Description
The selected postdoctoral researcher will engage in cutting-edge research at the interface of structural biology and cellular environments, utilizing advanced cryo-electron techniques. Responsibilities include conducting experiments, data analysis, and collaboration within an international research framework. The work will primarily be based in São Carlos, with frequent activities in Campinas, leveraging high-end infrastructure such as the Cryo-FIB/SEM and Titan Krios facilities.
