Eligibility / Qualification
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related disciplines
- Strong experience in molecular and cell biology techniques (e.g., cloning, Western blotting, RT-qPCR)
- Extensive hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and transfection
- Skilled in generating stable cell lines using lentiviruses
- Experience with targeted protein degradation technologies and/or drug discovery (preferred)
- Fluency in English
Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Design and conduct molecular biology experiments
- Develop and apply novel protein degradation technologies during viral infections
- Utilize live-cell microscopy to observe protein localization in real time
- Prepare scientific manuscripts and illustrative figures for publication
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external research partners
- Present findings at national and international scientific conferences
