Essential Requirements
- Strong interest in mitochondria, protein quality control (PQC), and related molecular mechanisms
- Ability to work collaboratively and actively participate in scientific discussions
- Solid expertise in genetic and molecular biology techniques
- Experience with high-throughput screening approaches
- Experience in large-scale data analysis from high-throughput methods
Meritorious (Desirable) Qualifications
- Experience in mitochondrial biochemistry, protein biochemistry, and/or proteomics
- Skills in protein biochemistry and proteomic data analysis
- Prior experience using Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a research model

- Conduct unbiased genome-wide screens to identify novel mitochondrial protein quality control systems
- Investigate the spatiotemporal interactions of mitochondrial proteins
- Apply state-of-the-art genetic, biochemical, and proteomic techniques
