- Postdoctoral Researcher Position:
- PhD degree in Structural Biology, Virology, or related field by the start of employment.
Job Description:
Project #1: Structural Virology
- Focus on West Nile virus entry, inhibition, and prevention.
- Involves molecular biology, cryo-EM, and image reconstruction.
Project #2: Structural Mitochondrial Biology
- Understanding mitochondrial membrane organization in protozoan parasites.
- Involves single-particle cryo-EM and in-situ cryo-electron tomography.
Project #3: Structural Biology for Drug Discovery
- Study mechanisms of protein biogenesis and client-selective inhibition.
- Focus on new antiviral strategies targeting diseases like cancer.
