Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Ph.D. in a related field, preferably in aerosol research or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong experimental skills and a demonstrated commitment to publishing research results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience with instrument development and field measurements is highly desirable.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will work on:

  1. Developing novel instruments for rapid measurements of aerosol size spectrum onboard both manned and unmanned aircraft.
  2. Deploying these instruments to enhance the understanding of aerosol processes.

This role involves a combination of experimental research and fieldwork, with opportunities for significant contributions to aerosol science. The initial appointment is for one year, with the possibility of annual renewal for at least one additional year, contingent on satisfactory performance.
