Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD or equivalent in a relevant field by the start date.
- Background in bioinformatics or immunology.
- Experience with transcriptomics, genetics, or multi-omics data is preferable.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R and/or Python; experience with a Linux environment is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated motivation, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent project management.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Description
The postdoctoral fellow will utilize single-cell sequencing data to investigate disease-specific T cells and B cells within RA patients and will work towards identifying disease-driving T-cell antigens. Collaboration with international partners and internal group members will be essential to discover and analyze novel antigens. The role includes engaging in additional projects focused on high-dimensional single-cell sequencing and multi-omics data analysis. The ideal candidate will have opportunities for professional development and will contribute to the translation of fundamental research into improved diagnostics and therapeutic targets for rheumatic diseases.
