Eligibility/Qualification

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, biophysics, computational biology, bioinformatics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in protein biochemistry, molecular biology, virology, cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM), or machine learning.
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in data analysis of single-particle cryo-EM images and/or tomography data.
  • Hands-on experience with cryo-focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy (cryo-FIB/SEM).
  • Proficiency in Python and other programming languages.

Job Description

  • Combine AI-driven approaches with detailed studies of viral structures.
