Job Description:
The selected candidate will:
- Analyze sequencing data, including bulk and single-cell (DNA and RNA).
- Detect somatic variants.
- Study cell phylogenies and somatic evolution.
The lab employs state-of-the-art DNA sequencing technologies and collaborates closely with clinicians at the Necker pediatric hospital.
