Eligibility/Qualification:

  • A strong background in computational biology.
  • Interest in neurodevelopment and neurogenomics.
  • Experience with analysis of sequencing data, including bulk and single-cell DNA and RNA, is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is not required.

Job Description:
The selected candidate will:

  • Analyze sequencing data, including bulk and single-cell (DNA and RNA).
  • Detect somatic variants.
  • Study cell phylogenies and somatic evolution.
    The lab employs state-of-the-art DNA sequencing technologies and collaborates closely with clinicians at the Necker pediatric hospital.
