Eligibility/Qualification

  • Completion of a PhD (or nearing completion) in a relevant field.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and/or R, as well as familiarity with Linux/UNIX.
  • Experience in cancer genomics/epigenomics and high-throughput sequencing.
  • Proven track record of independent research, evidenced by at least one first-author publication.
  • A strong interest in academic growth and the ability to present work and support junior researchers.

Job Description

Join our dynamic research team at the Centre for Cancer Research, University of Edinburgh. The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and implement advanced computational pipelines for analyzing multiomics data.
