- Clonal Hematopoiesis & Age-Related Disease
Studying how age-related somatic mutations—particularly clonal hematopoiesis (CH)—contribute to disease development and progression. - Machine Learning & Multimodal Data Integration
Applying machine-learning approaches to imaging, clinical notes, and clinical data, and integrating them with multi-omics datasets to uncover novel biological insights. - Multi-Omics Methods Development
Developing new computational and statistical methods to address fundamental challenges in multi-omics data, such as cross-platform concordance (e.g., proteomics), data harmonization, and improved measurement precision.

Eligibility / Qualification
- PhD (completed or near completion) in a quantitative field such as:
- Biostatistics

- First-authored publications demonstrating scientific rigor and creativity
