Job Description
Within the GANANA project, candidates will contribute to the development of the HADDOCK integrative modelling platform. Responsibilities include:
- Developing a framework for Integrative Modelling of Biomolecular Complexes.
- Extending capabilities for modelling modified nucleic acids.
- Improving AI models for protein-protein interactions.
- Creating a framework for AI-driven Immunogenic Peptide Prediction.
- Deploying and optimizing HADDOCK on Indian HPC Cloud resources.
