Research Area:
The position will focus on investigating how the interplay between phenotype and genotype affects individual and population fitness.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in a relevant field (Behavioral Ecology, Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, or related disciplines)
- Strong research background with experience in behavioral ecology, ecology, and/or evolutionary ecology
- Experience with experimental design and fieldwork; prior experience with Lepidoptera is a plus
- Proven ability to conduct independent research and publish findings
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A driving license is required
Job Description:
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Professor Johanna Mappes within the Organismal and Evolutionary Biology Research Program. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting research on predator-prey interactions and evolutionary dynamics
- Designing and implementing experiments
- Supervising students and coordinating research teams
- Publishing research findings in scientific journals
