Eligibility/Qualification
- Required:
- Ph.D. or equivalent in a STEM field or an Ed.D. specializing in STEM higher education.
- Experience in developing, coordinating, assessing, or managing co-curricular activities related to undergraduate research and/or student retention.
- Preferred:
- Post-graduate degree with at least one year in an educational setting.
- Spanish language skills.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
Description
The Postdoctoral Fellow will:
- Coordinate the interdisciplinary STEM undergraduate research program.
- Conduct research and assessment of STEM initiatives.
- Develop and implement curricular activities focused on the scientific research process.
- Write grant proposals and peer-reviewed publications.
- Supervise undergraduate researchers and provide training in STEM communication and research practices.
