Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in a relevant subject.
- Strong expertise in one of the following areas:
- Condensate biology of disease.
- Disease-associated tRNA modifications.
- Experience in stem cell/cancer biology, mouse models, and/or nucleic acid editing is desirable.
Job Description:
The successful candidates will:
- Contribute actively to ongoing research in the Tzelepis lab.
- Ensure that lab research maintains competitiveness and novelty.
- Engage in functional genetics, stem cell cultures, and the development of novel treatments.
- Handle experimental procedures, animal models, imaging, and data collection.
- Prepare results for publication and grant submissions.
- Train students and visiting researchers in techniques and equipment use.
- Instruct on proper research conduct.
