🎓 Eligibility / Qualification
Essential Requirements:
- PhD awarded in 2022 or later from a QS-ranked university
- No D/F grades in BS/MS/PhD transcripts
- Strong publication record in top-tier journals related to perovskite photovoltaics
- Proven hands-on experience in fabricating perovskite solar cells with >20% efficiency
- Proficiency in thin-film deposition techniques (e.g., spin coating, blade coating, thermal evaporation)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in scaling up perovskite solar cells to module level
- Familiarity with flexible PSCs and roll-to-roll processing
- Knowledge of outdoor stability testing and encapsulation techniques
