Eligibility / Qualifications:
Required:
- Ph.D. in Plant Biology, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field (earned within the last 4 years or on track before hire)
- Strong background in molecular, biochemical, and genetic analysis in plants
- Self-motivated, creative, and capable of independent research
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred:
- Experience with CRISPR-based gene editing and multigene stacking
- Knowledge in machine learning, directed evolution, enzyme engineering
- Familiarity with automated pipetting robots and high-throughput screening
- LC-MS analysis of phytochemicals
