Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Biology or related field
- Experience in developing and implementing assays for stress tolerance in high throughput
- Knowledge of cell biology and stress signaling in plants
- Good skills in screening technologies
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Ability to collaborate with students and technicians
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and focus
- Willingness to work in an international environment
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyzing the effect of PrD variation on temperature-dependent gene expression
- Creating assays to analyze gene expression dynamics in response to temperature
- Conducting original research to identify genes necessary for temperature stress tolerance
- Collaborating with team members to analyze experimental datasets
- Writing scientific publications and presenting results to international audiences
