- Conduct research in super-resolution microscopy techniques and the mechanisms of human mRNA biogenesis.
- Focus on mRNA transcription, processing, and nuclear export.
- Develop projects that bridge interests in order to tackle key open questions in gene expression.
- Utilize available resources such as custom-built MINFLUX microscopes, on-site mass spectrometry, Cryo-EM (Titan Krios & Glacios), and a fully administered compute-cluster.
