Job Description
As a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Microbiome Systems Biology group at LUMC, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing Novel Technologies: Contributing to the design of novel multiplex FISH technologies through developing barcoding schemes, probes, and decoding methods.
- Computational Analysis: Developing and applying computational tools for bioimage analysis, including image registration, cell segmentation, and defining molecular niches in tumor tissues.
- Data Integration: Integrating and analyzing data from diverse spatial and bulk omics platforms to investigate microbe-host interactions pertinent to tumorigenesis and inflammation.
