Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD (or near completion) in a relevant field such as inflammation, ageing, or vascular biology.
- Proven proficiency in murine in vivo techniques, including injections, tissue sampling, and colony management.
- Expertise in confocal microscopy and associated analysis platforms (e.g., Imaris, ImageJ).
- Solid experience in mammalian cell culture.
- Collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will work on a project aimed at enhancing the understanding of endothelial cell senescence and its role in immune response dysregulation to inflammatory insults. The post is full-time and fixed-term for 24 months, with a salary range of £38,419 – £44,288 per annum, depending on experience.
