Postdoctoral Opportunity in Polymer Chemistry: We are offering a postdoctoral position in polymer chemistry to work on the development of polylactide-based copolymers. The project aims to explore the use of biobased monomers for polymer synthesis, with a specific focus on polylactide (PLA). The candidate will investigate various polymerization techniques and analyze the structure and thermal properties of the synthesized polymers. This project is funded by ANR (Project: ANA21.CO5002) and will involve collaboration with research teams at Uné de Catalyse et Chimie Solide (UCCS) and Unité Matériaux & Transformations (MET).
Summary Table:
- Job Title: Postdoctoral Opportunity in Polymer Chemistry
- Research Area: Polymer chemistry, polylactide-based copolymers
- Location: Uné de Catalyse et Chimie Solide (UCCS) and Unité Matériaux & Transformations (MET)
- Designation: Postdoctoral Researcher
- Eligibility/Qualification: PhD in Chemistry or related field
Job Description: The postdoctoral researcher will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Performing controlled polymerization reactions in a glovebox environment.
- Analyzing the microstructure of the synthesized polymers using NMR and size exclusion chromatography.
