Eligibility/Qualification
- Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience as a Graduate Assistant in a research laboratory while obtaining a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
Job Description
- 50%: Conducting experiments and analyzing results on waste polymer upcycling to liquid, gas, and solid products.
- 30%: Synthesis and characterization of catalysts to use in polymer upcycling experiments.
- 20%: Supervision of undergraduate student workers who will assist in the experimentation, along with other duties as assigned. Â
