Research Area:
Analytical Chemistry – Development of Techniques using Capillary Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS).
Eligibility/Qualification:
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a closely related field. A strong background in chemical analysis, sample preparation, separation science, and mass spectrometry is required. Additional experience in the analysis of samples with complex matrices, such as biological specimens or clinical samples, would be beneficial.
Job Description:
The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating experiments, as well as generating new ideas to advance current research. Additionally, the role involves training and supervision of graduate students, undergraduate students, and other research staff. Strong scientific writing ability and oral communication skills are essential.
