Job Description:
- Design experiments to assess organoid and assembloid formation using microfluidic devices with ultrasound-directed cell manipulation.
- Develop microfluidic chips for cell handling and assembly, exploring force field combinations like light and magnetics.
- Analyze the impact of guided assembly and force field manipulation on cell and tumor biology.
- Collaborate with POEM platform head and interdisciplinary research groups.
- Integrate findings into automated cell culture processes and assist in the generation, long-term culture, and analysis of patient-derived or iPSC-derived organoids.
