Job Description:

Postdoctoral Position – Molecular Chaperones in Anticancer Drug Resistance

The selected candidate will be involved in a multi-faceted research project, employing techniques such as cross-linking mass spectrometry, CRISPR-genome engineering, and high-throughput screening in yeast and mammalian cells. NIH funding is available for several years, with an expectation of fellowship applications during this period. Ideal candidates will have graduated within one year from their start date in the Truman Lab.

Useful Qualifications:

  • Experience generating new cell lines by CRISPR.
  • Proficiency in protein cross-linking experiments.
  • Experience in fluorescence microscopy and/or flow cytometry.
