Job Description:
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with wet lab scientists to analyze a wide range of NGS datasets, employing existing bioinformatics tools and developing new analysis pipelines. Responsibilities include advising on experimental design, implementation, troubleshooting, and data analysis. The position offers an initial two-year appointment with the possibility of extension.
