Job Description:
- Characterize the optical response of chiral nanoparticles at the single particle level using TEM techniques, including EELS and CL.
- Develop innovative methods to probe chiroptical responses in TEM.
- Use electron tomography and/or SEEBIC for 3D characterization of chiral nanoparticles.
- Investigate the optical response under liquid conditions.
- Collaborate with researchers at CIC Biomagune (Spain) and University of Michigan (USA) to examine the growth of chiral nanoparticles.
- Publish scientific articles related to the project.
- Present research findings at national and international conferences.
- Fulfill requirements of the doctoral school at the University of Antwerp.
