Eligibility/Qualification
- Essential:
- PhD in electrocatalysis
- Expertise in material synthesis, surface chemistry, and analytical characterization
- Strong English skills (speaking and writing)
- Desirable:
- PhD obtained within the last three years prior to the application deadline
- Experience in synthetic organic and polymer chemistry
Job Description
In this collaborative project between the Alta and Thevenon groups, the postdoc will:
- Design and synthesize molecular additives for functionalizing metal-free electrodes
- Conduct electrochemical evaluations and mechanistic studies
- Enhance the performance of electrolyzer systems focusing on current density, selectivity, and energy efficiency.
