Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Political Science, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Strong research background in digital politics
- Proficient in programming (Python) and statistics (R)
- Experience with secure and efficient storage of large datasets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
