Job Description
The successful candidate will engage in several tasks including:
- Establishing and performing single-cell multiome (RNA+ATAC) assays from cultured cell lines, tissue, and organoid cultures.
- Designing and conducting genome-wide functional genomics experiments using modern methods such as ATAC-seq, CUT&RUN, and CRISPR.
- Molecular cloning and use of lentiviral expression systems.
- Developing cutting-edge functional epigenomics assays based on Illumina sequencing.
- Supervising and teaching students and technicians in the laboratory.
- Writing grant applications.
