As a postdoctoral researcher in our lab, you will be involved in studying the establishment of the epigenome in plants and the recruitment of chromatin-associated complexes. We primarily focus on using the model plant Arabidopsis and employ various techniques including molecular biology, biochemistry, and Next-Generation Sequencing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research projects related to chromatin remodeling and cell differentiation.
- Analyzing and interpreting Next-Generation Sequencing data (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, and related).
- Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to a positive and productive research environment.
- Writing scientific papers and presenting research findings at conferences.
