Eligibility/Qualification:
- Required:
- PhD degree or equivalent in computational biology, bioinformatics, or related quantitative field.
- Hands-on experience with modern generative models for proteins.

- Interest in biotranslational challenges; experience with AAVs is welcome but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Job Description:
- Generative Modeling: Develop and implement computational workflows to design novel AAV capsids.
- Dry-to-Wet: Lead computational design and participate in wet lab validations including library construction and viral production.
- Structural Analysis: Utilize computational tools to ensure designs maintain structural integrity.
- Data Integration: Process and analyze high-throughput experimental data to improve generative models iteratively.
- Collaboration: Work at both Roche pRED and ETH Zurich to translate AI-driven designs into enhanced AAV vectors.
