Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD in Human Genetics or a related field
  • Strong interest in genetics, neurobiology, and psychiatry
  • Proficiency in bioinformatics software (R, Python, Bash)
  • Experience in large-scale genotyping/sequencing data analysis
  • Good statistical skills
  • Proficient in written and oral English
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Job Description

The postdoctoral fellow will:

  • Analyze genetic data from individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, focusing on the interplay of common and rare variants and their impact on brain development.
  • Engage in deep-phenotyping efforts, including brain imaging and cognitive testing.
  • Collaborate with neuroscientists, geneticists, and psychiatrists in a dynamic research environment.
