The project focuses on the synthesis and development of advanced perovskite materials for use in innovative image sensor technology.

Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Engineering
- Strong publication record
- Solid experimental background in materials science and chemistry
- Basic knowledge of electronics
- Mandatory experience in photodetectors, thin-film deposition, and microfabrication methods
- Strong background in experimental hardware and programming
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English)
Job Description
The selected candidate will engage in the following activities:
- Synthesis and deposition of perovskite thin films (thermal co-evaporation)
- Fabrication of charge-selective layers and transparent conductive oxide electrodes
- Development of perovskite-specific integration and patterning methods (adapted photolithography, dry/wet etching)
- Comprehensive optoelectronic characterization of fabricated devices
- Collaboration with industrial partners
- Supervision of PhD students involved in the project
