Eligibility/Qualification
- Ph.D. in a relevant field, completed within the last 10 years.
- Proven expertise in:
- Isolation techniques and primary culture of human lymphocytes.
- Multiparametric flow cytometry.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Additional Desirable Qualifications
- Prior experience in:
- NK cell biology.
- Genetic engineering using CRISPR.
- Relevant scientific publications.
- Experience in project management and scientific report writing.
- MBA or training in business management.
Job Description
We offer a one-year contract to participate in the development of an off-the-shelf NK cell product for cancer immunotherapy, under a PRODUCTE grant from the Indústria del Coneixement program, AGAUR.
The researcher will:
- Implement and standardize a pre-GMP protocol for the expansion and genetic modification of human NK lymphocytes.
- Develop assays to assess the identity, purity, and potency of the final NK cell product.
- Receive specific training in innovation and technology transfer as part of the project.
This role provides the opportunity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary, translational research environment dedicated to advancing cancer immunotherapy.
