Job Description
The successful candidate will be actively involved in various aspects of the eEDM project, which includes:
- Working with cryogenic beams and Stark deceleration
- Molecular laser cooling
- Designing a carefully shielded interaction zone
- Conducting laser spectroscopy and optical trapping
- Assisting with state preparation and readout
The candidate will guide PhD students working on various components of the project and collaborate effectively within a research team, contributing to achieving a competitive measurement of the electron’s electric dipole moment.
