Job Description:
- Formulate models, based on ordinary differential equations, to study the discrimination and combinatorial responses of cell signalling pathways (Notch signalling pathway in animals and Brassinosteroid hormone signalling pathway in plants).
- Program and numerically resolve the dynamics of the models in the parameter space and under different conditions. Perform analytical resolution when possible.
- Analyze and discuss the results.
- Write up the results and, if possible, present results at conferences and seminars.
