Job Description
The successful candidate will be involved in a project focusing on developing platform approaches for PK-PD modelling in oncology. Key responsibilities include:
- Quantifying relationships between longitudinal tumor size dynamics and survival outcomes (PFS/OS).
- Modelling longitudinal hematological safety endpoints in patients with solid tumors undergoing treatment with anticancer therapies (e.g., combinations, antibody-drug candidates (ADCs)).
- Developing platform approaches to understand and quantify the relationship between longitudinal tumor size dynamics and survival in select tumors, assessing the impact of therapeutic agents and covariates.
- Incorporating methodological mitigations for immortal time bias within the modeling framework.
- Exploring platform approaches for jointly modeling longitudinal hematological safety endpoints.
The project aims to achieve new advances in predictive and quantitative models that are valuable for designing studies in oncology drug development, robustly characterizing benefit-risk profiles.
