Postdoctoral Position in Polymer Materials/Chemistry:
Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST) is seeking candidates for a 2-year postdoctoral position in the disciplines of Polymer Chemistry and Engineering, and Material Science and Engineering. Candidates with experience in Rubber Synthesis and Processing are strongly preferred.

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD in Polymer Chemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Publication track record in any area of polymer-derived materials.

Job Description:
The successful candidates will join the School of Polymer Science and Engineering at QUST and will engage in research activities focusing on Polymer Chemistry and Engineering, and Material Science and Engineering. Responsibilities include conducting independent research, publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals, and collaborating with other researchers and faculty members. Experience in Rubber Synthesis and Processing will be highly advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Annual salary of approximately 250,000 CNY before tax (approximately 34,360 USD).
