Eligibility/QualificationsPhD in quantitative genetics, population genetics, evolutionary biology, bioinformatics, or related field. Strong expertise in simulation studies for GWAS, proficiency in programming (R, Python, C++), experience in NGS data analysis, excellent communication skills. Preferred: Experience with Drosophila models, knowledge of Bayesian methods and genomic databases.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will develop simulation studies, conduct quantitative genetic analyses, perform statistical modeling, collaborate in data analysis, and contribute to computational pipelines for genome sequencing data.
Salary> 2650€ per month (after taxes), depending on post-PhD experience
TimingPosition available from September 2025 with a starting date between September 2025 and January 2026. Must have PhD degree prior to starting.
