Candidates should have:

  • A PhD in one of the following fields:
    • Chemical Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Powder Technology / Multiphase Flow / Computational Modeling
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Powder transport and fluidization modeling
    • CFD/DEM simulations and multiphase flow
    • Gas-solid interaction and particle dynamics
    • Reactor/CAD design and computational simulations

Preferred Skills

  • Simulation Tools: ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL Multiphysics, OpenFOAM
  • DEM Software: EDEM, LIGGGHTS
  • Programming & Design: Python, MATLAB, C/C++, SolidWorks

Job Description

  • Develop and model advanced Powder ALD reactor systems
  • Analyze powder movement and fluidization behavior
  • Perform CFD/DEM simulations for gas-particle systems
  • Design and optimize reactor configurations for uniform powder coating
  • Collaborate with research team members on computational and experimental studies
