Eligibility / Qualification
Applicants should possess:
- Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Structural Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related discipline.
- Several years of hands-on research experience in protein biochemistry, protein biophysics, and structural characterization.
- Strong expertise in recombinant protein expression and multi-step protein purification techniques, including:
- Affinity Chromatography
- Ion-Exchange Chromatography
- Size-Exclusion Chromatography
- Proficiency in biophysical characterization techniques such as:
- Circular Dichroism (CD)
- Fluorescence Spectroscopy
- Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS)
- SEC-MALS
- Analytical Ultracentrifugation
- Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC)
- Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR)
- Practical experience with one or more structural biology techniques:
- Cryo-Electron Microscopy (Cryo-EM)

Job Description
The selected Postdoctoral Associate will be responsible for:
