Postdoctoral Position in Sensors/Actuators: Korea University of Technology and Education (Koreatech) is inviting applications for a Postdoctoral position in the Interaction Lab at the Advanced Technology Research Center (ATRC). The position is funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea and is open to international applicants. The selected candidate will work on polymer-based haptic sensors, force sensors, and vibration sensors.

Postdoctoral Position in Sensors/Actuators Based on Functional Polymers

Designation: Postdoctoral Researcher

Research Area: Sensors/Actuators based on Functional Polymers (excluding electrochemical sensors)

Location: Korea University of Technology and Education, Korea

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Open to international applicants
  • PhD in haptic sensors, force sensors, or vibration sensors based on functional polymers
  • BS/MS in polymer science, chemistry, or materials science required
  • Experience in sensors based on dielectric polymers (especially electroactive polymers) preferred

Job Description:

  • Conduct research on polymer-based haptic sensors, force sensors, and vibration sensors
  • Collaborate with researchers at the Advanced Technology Research Center
  • Contribute to projects supported by the Korean government
