Postdoctoral Position in Spatial Genomics: The Sandelin and Falsig Pedersen groups at the University of Copenhagen invite applications for a dynamic Postdoctoral Researcher role focused on the intersection of computational biology, genomics, and molecular physiology. The successful candidate will work on understanding how biophysical microenvironments, like pH and oxygen gradients, influence cellular phenotypes and gene regulation in vivo.
Postdoctoral Position in Spatial Genomics and Quantitative Microenvironmental Liver Physiology
Designation
Postdoctoral Researcher
Research Area
Spatial Genomics and Quantitative Microenvironmental Liver Physiology
Location
University of Copenhagen
Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in biology, bioinformatics, genomics, or molecular physiology (or close to completion).
- Preferred expertise in experimental genomics, cell biology, advanced live imaging, and/or computational analysis of spatial omics data.
- Strong publication record, preferably with first-author papers in recognized journals in genomics, bioinformatics, or physiology.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English with demonstrated skills in scientific writing and presentations.
