Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD in biology, bioinformatics, genomics, or molecular physiology (or close to completion).
  • Expertise in experimental genomics, cell biology, advanced live imaging techniques, and/or computational analysis of spatial omics data.
  • Strong publication record with first-author papers in reputable journals.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Conduct independent and collaborative research on measuring local pH and O₂ levels within liver tissue.
  • Integrate data on spatially resolved single-cell gene expression.
  • Contribute to teaching and supervision within the department.
