Job Description
As a postdoctoral researcher, you will:
- Isolate and characterize SOX2/ribosome complexes.
- Analyze these complexes for their molecular composition, transcript load, and structure.
- Utilize advanced techniques including density gradient centrifugation, ribosome profiling, affinity purifications, RNA extractions, and library cloning.
- Collaborate with core facilities and international partners to extend research technologies.
The project aims to elucidate the functionality of SOX2 in relation to ribosomes and its potential role in cancer and reproductive medicine.
