Job Description
The successful candidate will define their own line of research within the lab’s scope of interest, supported by Dr. David Bikard and other lab members. Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating genetic systems such as CRISPR-Cas and novel anti-phage systems.
- Conducting fundamental and applied research in synthetic biology.
- Developing techniques to study and manipulate bacteria, especially those within the microbiome.
