Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD degree, or equivalent, in biomaterials, biotechnology, biomedicine, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, immunology, or a related subject.
  • PhD must be obtained no more than three years prior to the application deadline.
  • Strong motivation and enthusiasm for research, with a focus on collaboration and initiative.

Job Description:

As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will:

  • Design and develop innovative lubricating gels that exhibit strain-weakening behavior to minimize friction and recover structure upon shear removal.
  • Engage in hydrogel synthesis and characterization techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from multiple EU countries.
  • Contribute to high-impact research intended for societal benefit.
