Research Area
- Microstructural characterization and damage mechanism identification of composite materials.
- Development of new tomography-related techniques such as laminography.
Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields.
- Strong background in engineering and related technologies.
- Experience with x-ray tomography and its fundamentals is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- No prior affiliation with the University of Girona for pre-doctoral training.
- Must have obtained the doctorate between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2024.
